Had a great time this last week taking part in the Nike Bra Haus events here in NYC. We got to take over Bandier’s amazing 5th avenue location for bra fittings that would be customized with print by Baron Von Fancy as well as participate in Nike classes. Music, food, new hair styles, and new bras...all you really need, right?

My TrillYoga session was a blast to teach the final Saturday, and I always love seeing amazing ladies come together for yoga, music, and community. 

Super proud to be part of something that breaks the stereotypes of yoga and athletic wear having to be for only thin model type bodies. A bra that fits can certainly give all bodies the support and confidence to be active, and stay involved in whatever activities one may want to experience, from yoga to running, to HIIT workouts to just running around the city.
