// Mental Health + Therapy Resources

Many amazing lists of resources already exist, but I am happy to have a space here if your travels around the internet find you here.

Finding a Therapist /

This can seem daunting, and it might take more time than you would like it to. The first two resources are far more inclusive, in my opinion, but you never know where you might find the therapist that fits for you. When looking, you should be able to feel safe talking to this person, even when things become difficult (which they probably will.) Therapy is not a place where everything we do or think is cosigned, rather it is sometimes a challenge, as it offers perspective shifts, coming to terms with pain and/or truth, and navigating life situations as we experienced them.
